Aaron Parker has served as Hillman's Chief People Officer since May 2024. Prior to that, Aaron served as Vice President of Human Resources from February 2023 to May 2024. He joined Hillman in September 2020, first holding roles as Director, and then Senior Director of Hillman's HR function. Prior to his time at Hillman, Mr. Parker had years of experience in HR management and leadership, holding prominent roles at both Macy's and Fifth Third Bank. He is an active, engaged member of the community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Greater Cincinnati YWCA, the Madisonville Education and Assistance Center as HR Committee Chair, and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Delta Gamma Lambda Youth & Educational Foundation's Board of Trustee member and Treasurer.
