James Daly has served as Senior Vice President, Strategic Business Solutions since March of 2024. Prior to SVP of SBS, Mr. Daly served as Vice President of Category Management, a role he held since January 2022. Prior to VP of Category Management, he held the role of Sr. Director, Strategic Price Management Starting in September 2021. Prior to his time at Hillman, Mr. Daly served as Senior Director of Product Management at Mohawk Group, from April 2019 to September 2021. Prior that, he worked at the Home Depot as Director of Business Development in the Private Brands Division, March 2013 to April 2019. Mr. Daly also worked at Crown Bolt (HD Supply) from March 2008 to March 2013 holding several titles including Director of Category Management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Lewis University in Business. He also holds an MBA from University of Georgia, Terry College of Business.
