Jon Michael Adinolfi ("JMA") has served as Chief Operating Officer of Hillman since June of 2023. Prior to COO, Mr. Adinolfi served as Divisional President, Hillman U.S., a role he held since joining Hillman in 2019. Prior to his time at Hillman, Mr. Adinolfi served as President of U.S. Retail for Stanley Black & Decker from November 2016 to July 2019; served as President of Hand Tools for Stanley Black & Decker from October 2013 to December 2016; and served as the CFO - North America, CDIY for Stanley Black & Decker from June 2011 to September 2013. Prior that, he worked as President at Crown Bolt from 2008 to 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Accounting degree from the University of Connecticut.
