Hillman's Sales and Service Team

We serve businesses of all sizes with a dedicated field sales and service team, which focuses on big box retailers, independent hardware stores, wholesalers, pet stores and mass merchant chains. Our team of more than 800 people is responsible for maintaining regular call-cycles and is highly knowledgeable in all product categories, while maintaining excellent working relationships at all levels within our customer’s organization. Their daily responsibilities include inventory management, planogram and display maintenance, preparation and placement of orders.

In addition to our dedicated sales and service teams, we also have a top-notch customer service team that provides daily, ongoing support for each of our customers. With locations in Cincinnati, Ohio, and Tempe, Arizona, our team operates state-of-the-art information systems to provide proactive and personalized support to keep our customer’s business running smoothly.
